My dissertation involved interviews, and I initially assumed analysing the responses would be fairly straightforward. Once I had several transcripts in front of me, however, I struggled to organise the themes consistently and started looking into qualitative data analysis help for dissertation. I found it surprisingly difficult to separate meaningful patterns from individual comments without losing important context. Did anyone else working with qualitative research have trouble developing themes and keeping their analysis consistent?
